Peter has spent 20+ years leading product, technology, and delivery transformation across financial services, construction, enterprise software, and high-growth startups.
He has held roles as CTO, CIO, CPO, Head of Product Operations, and Head of Agility — giving him a rare breadth of perspective across the full product and technology leadership landscape.
Peter works with organisations to design and implement practical product operating models, discover the right problems to solve, and build the leadership capability to execute with confidence in the AI era.
He brings a strong focus on data, statistical thinking, and metrics — helping teams move from gut-feel to evidence-informed decision-making.

Terry brings over 30 years of experience leading large-scale delivery, organisational transformation, and capability uplift across Australia, Europe, and the USA. He has supported hundreds of successful programs spanning agile and digital transformation, operating model redesign, cultural change, and business agility.
As a trusted advisor, coach, and facilitator, Terry works closely with leaders and teams to improve how organisations deliver, adapt, and grow. His approach combines deep technical and delivery experience with a strong focus on leadership, mindset, and sustainable change.
Terry has worked with leading organisations including Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Qantas, Optus, Coca-Cola Amatil, and multiple government departments and universities.
He is an international speaker, author, and President of the Sydney Agility Network, and holds a wide range of industry certifications across agile, coaching, product, and enterprise transformation.
